A native of Los Angeles, Tamar Sinanian is a Fine Arts Appraiser specializing in Modern and Contemporary Art. In addition to her appraisal business, she is an art advisor and an independent curator.
Her extensive experience promoting both established and emerging national and international artists has led her to regular participation in art fairs throughout the nation including New York, Miami and London. She has organized numerous exhibitions and regularly consults with contemporary art galleries, private dealers, art appraisers, auction houses and private clients. Tamar earned a Masters degree in Post War and Contemporary Art from The Sotheby’s Institute in London. She completed the Appraisal Studies Certificate Program in Fine & Decorative Arts through the University of California, Irvine and the American Society of Appraisers.
